Confide is designed for teenagers aged 13 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are under 18, we encourage you to use Confide with your parent or guardian's awareness. The service is designed to be a safe, supportive space — but parents who want to understand what it does are welcome to reach out to us at confide@polsia.app.
Confide is not available to users under 13. If we discover a user is under 13, we will delete the account.

Confide is a conversational AI that provides support, guidance, homework help, and honest answers on the topics teens care about. It is designed to be a trusted, available presence — like a smart older sibling or mentor.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), your local emergency services (911), or a trusted adult.
Confide includes a built-in crisis detection system. When messages suggest distress, self-harm, or danger, Confide will respond with crisis resources and encourage users to seek help.
This is a safety feature, not a guarantee of intervention. Confide will provide resources and encouragement, but it is not a substitute for emergency services. In situations of imminent danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Confide is a subscription service priced at $49 per month. All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial before their first charge.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. Using a fake identity to create an account or circumvent age restrictions is a violation of these terms.
One account per person. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.
Confide is designed to be a supportive space. You agree not to use it to:

Users between 13 and 17 are considered minors. While their conversations are private (see our Privacy Policy), we encourage parents to be aware their teen is using the service and to understand how it works.
The subscription is typically purchased by a parent or guardian. By subscribing on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the user and consent to their use of Confide.
The Confide service, including its design, features, and AI systems, belongs to Polsia. You retain ownership of the content you create, including your conversation messages.
By using Confide, you grant us a limited license to store and process your conversations to provide the service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models for public release.
Confide is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate, safe, and helpful — but we can't guarantee the AI will always give perfect advice. It's an AI, not a human expert.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polsia is not liable for:
Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by your local law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If we terminate your account for a reason other than a terms violation, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
